How can I pick up my order?

Our current pick-up times are: Saturdays & Sundays at 10 AM. 

If a custom pickup time is needed, please request in the notes section of your order and we will do our best to accommodate. We will email to let you know. 

Do you deliver, and if so, what's your coverage area?

We offer delivery within a ten mile radius of pick up location for $5. 

How long will my charcuterie stay fresh/consumable?

We strongly recommend that all charcuterie food is displayed no longer than 4 hours from set-up (indoors) or 3 hours (outdoors). Of course, these times may vary by temperature and other weather conditions but always keep safety in mind with perishable meats and cheeses. All of our boards come with sealed packaging to keep items fresh if not using same day.

How far in advance do you accept orders?

You can place an order up to 3-months in advance of your event. Our minimum lead time for an order is five (5) days.

 

My event is less than 5 days away - can I still order from you?

You might be able to -- still get in contact with us, and we will make every effort to try and handle your order; however, we cannot guarantee in under five (5) days. We'll let you know upfront if we can handle it.

 

Can you accommodate dietary needs or restrictions?

Yes, we can accommodate requests for gluten-free or vegetarian restrictions. Please let us know when you order what requirements you have so we can customize it to meet your guests' needs.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards. We can provide an electronic invoice for payment for businesses.

 

Can I get a refund if my event is canceled?

You may cancel your order 7 days before your pick update date for a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations requested 5 days before pick up date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations requested 1-4 days before pick up date are ineligible for a refund.

 

What if I'm not satisfied with the order?

We pride ourselves on ensuring that each order meets our high standards and yours. Before accepting your final order, we ask you to review it to confirm it meets your expectations. If there are any issues with your order as a result of our work, we will do everything in our power to make it right. 

 

Can you ship an order to me or someone else?

Unfortunately, we cannot. Since these are fresh, perishable charcuterie items, we can only make arrangements for pick up/delivery at this time.

 

Do you provide catering for business/corporate/ other events?

Yes, we can provide a variety of arrangements for your business, corporate or any event! Please email us to inquire. 

 I would like to sell your snack cups/boxes/boards at my location. Do you support retail sales?

Yes, we would be interested in discussing supplying your establishment with our arrangements on a regular basis. Please contact us grazeandoak@gmail.com to inquire further.
